Damon Gregory Blair, 37, of Otisco, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
He was born on November 6, 1972 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of Greg and Elaine Chandler Blair. He was also a chemical operator.
Survivors include his parents Greg and Elaine Blair of Otisco, IN; brother Lee Blair of Otisco, IN; a sister Sulayne Kaelin (Tony) of Charlestown, IN; grandfather Everett Chandler of Charlestown, IN; and nephew Rhett, and nieces Micah and Blair.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 10am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Saturday.
