Mary Roseada (Miles) Shaw

Mary Roseada Shaw, 72 of Otisco, IN passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Sellersburg Health Care Center.

Mary was born on August 31, 1946 in Clark County, IN the daughter of Ivan R. and Evelyn Anna Ross Miles. She was a graduate of New Washington High School, attended Indiana University Southeast and retired after 20 years from Clark Memorial Hospital as a Supervisor in the housekeeping department. Mary’s joy in life came from her loving family especially her grandchildren and enjoyed the beauty of horse racing and the charity Crusade for Children.

Her loving family includes her husband, Ronald L. Shaw of Otisco; her children, Bernice Bradshaw (Kevin) of Charlestown, IN, Bruce Knott of San Antonio, TX and Jennifer Bridgewater(Stephen) of Otisco; step-daughter, Melissa Oyler (Danny) of New Albany, IN; siblings, JoAnn Curry of Nabb, IN, Robert Miles (Ann) of Nabb, in, Daniel Miles (Jean) of Lexington, IN; six grandsons, John Bradshaw, Austin Knott, Jacob Knott, David Bradshaw, Noah Oyler and Zachary Bridgewater; and several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jerry, David, Ivan and Albert Miles; sisters, Rita Miles, Nancy Trombley and Martha Thomas.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Grayson Funeral Home  in New Washington, IN at 2:00 P.M. with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington. Visitation will begin at 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday and after 9:00 A.M. on Thursday until the time of services.
