Joe Junior Webb

Joe Junior Webb, 84 of Marysville, IN passed away on Saturday October 19, 2019 at Campbell Care Home in New Washington, IN.

He was born on June 24, 1935 in Cub Run, KY to Brigg and Edna Mae Logsdon Webb.  He graduated from New Washington High School in 1954 and was a United States Air Force Veteran where he was stationed in Tokyo, Japan.  He retired from International Harvester where he worked in Quality Control.  He attended barber college and retired as a barber after several years. He was also a 33 year member of the R.E.M.C. board.

Joe was a member of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church in New Washington, the American Legion Post 62, the New Washington Beautification Committee, the New Washington High School Alumni Scholarship Committee, and was the lifetime President of the New Washington Optimist Club.  Joe loved serving his hometown of New Washington and trying to make it a better place for everyone to live and work.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dolores "Dory" Webb and a sister, Barbara Cain.

Survivors include his sons, Todd Webb of Marysville, IN and Tim Webb (Laura) of Bellbrook, OH, daughter, Tiffany Webb of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Rilea, Sean and Kyle; brothers, John Henry Cain of Marysville, IN and Ray Cain of Jeffersonville, IN; sisters, Nina Armstrong of Henryville, IN, Dolly Cain of Jeffersonville, IN, Myrtle Mae Gabbard of Charlestown, IN and Carol Humes of Jeffersonville.

Life Celebration Services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday October 26, 2019 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4 pm to 8 pm on Friday and after 11 am of Saturday.
