Rhonda Jo (McIntosh) Hays

Rhonda Jo Hays, 45, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from a long heartbreaking battle with drugs.

She was born on September 6, 1972 to David McIntosh and Ellen (Carlisle) Keith in Scottsburg, IN. She is preceded in death by her father, and her husband, Larry Dale Hays.

Survivors include her daughter, Samantha Jo Hays of Charlestown, IN; son, Steven Hays of Charlestown, IN; grandchildren, Mason Beaver, Hayden Beaver, and Zane Hays; mother & father, Ellen & David Keith of Charlestown, IN; brother, David McIntosh of Jeffersonville, IN; sister, Carrie Flood of Crestwood, KY.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 3pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will begin on Saturday after 1pm till time of the service.
