Eunice (Fields) Frazier

Eunice Frazier, 89, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Monday March 12, 2018 at her home.

She was born on Nov. 5, 1928 in Letcher Co., Ky to Noah and Mary Eldridge Fields.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Frank Frazier and brothers Loren and Kelsie Fields.

Survivors include her daughters, Sheila Van (Denny), Sandy Friend (Craig), Kathy Stepp (Robert) and Delores Eickholtz (Stephen) all of Charlestown; sisters, Elsie Day of Charlestown, Vivian Frazier of Jeffersonville, IN, Alma Tindle, Bonnie Frazier, Opal Boggs all of Whitesburg and Nova Adams of Jeremiah, KY; grandchildren, Denny Van, Jr. (Pam), Chris and Eric Friend, Sarah Stepp, Brian and Derek Eickholtz; great grandchildren, Leighton Brewer, Blake & Jack Van, Addy and Isaac Friend.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday at Grayson Funeral Home with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 pm to 8 pm on Thursday and after 9 am on Friday.
